What happens on the call

We spend 15 minutes on your situation, not a sales pitch. If you’ve been shown a house and land package, we look at how the price is put together: land, build, upgrades, and any builder or developer commission built in. If you’re starting out, we explain how packages are usually sold and what to check before signing anything.

Have these ready if you can

• The package price and the builder or developer’s name
• The land contract and build contract, if you have them
• Who introduced you to the package and how they’re paid

After the call

If we can help, we’ll explain the next steps and our service fee in writing before any work starts. A REIN service fee applies, and any builder or developer commission REIN receives is disclosed and rebated 100% (excluding GST) to you. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.
