House and Land Builder Reviews for Investors
Reviews of the builders most often seen in investor house and land packages in Australia. Each review covers who the builder is, where it builds, how its packages are usually sold, what customers say, and the questions to ask before you sign. REIN is buyer-only and does not sell packages for any builder listed here.
How to use these reviews
The builder is one part of the decision. The same home can be a sound investment at one price and a poor one at another, depending on the land, the location and how much commission is built into the package. Use these reviews to check the builder, then get the package itself checked.

- Which company signs the build contract, and what is its licence number?
- What are the land price and the build price, separately?
- Exactly what does the fixed price exclude?
- What build time is in the contract, and what happens if it runs late?
- What warranties apply, and do they transfer to a later owner?
- Can I see the home warranty or indemnity insurance certificate?
- Can I inspect a completed home in the same estate?
